A: If you need a copy of our W9 to set us up as a vendor, please click this link to download or let us know, and we can provide the necessary documentation.
Q: How do I add more seats to my team mid-year?
A: Account Managers can request or purchase additional educator licenses from the Team Management section of Curriculum Access.
If your district purchases through a PO or invoice, go to Team Management > Request Seats. Submit your request, and a member of our team will follow up with next steps.
If you purchased your subscription directly through our website with a credit card, go to Team Management > Add More Seats to purchase additional licenses directly through your account.
Q: What is the difference between a Curriculum Bundle and a Curriculum Access subscription?
A: Purchasing a Curriculum Bundle provides you with permanent digital access to that specific curriculum level or subject. It is a one-time purchase and does not include ongoing access to our full library.
Curriculum Access is a separate annual subscription. This provides access to all levels and subjects of our Leveled Daily Curriculum, our placement assessment system, training videos, and exclusive resources in one convenient location. If you want full access to all curriculum materials, you will need an active Curriculum Access subscription.
Q: How can I check my renewal date?
A: Account Managers can view the account’s renewal date by logging into Curriculum Access and navigating to Team Management > My Subscription. Your current subscription details, including your renewal date, will be listed there.
