How do I update my credit card for TAH Professional Development Membership?

This article helps walk you through the steps to update your credit card for The Autism Helper Professional Development Membership.

To make any changes to your payment method on file, please follow the steps below: 
 

How to Change Your Credit Card Information for The Autism Helper Professional Development Membership

  1. Log into your store account here

  2. Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your  “Account” page

  3. Scroll down and find the “Manage Subscriptions” button under your order history. Click on the “Manage Subscriptions” button. 

  4. You will be taken to the subscription management page that looks like this:

  5. To change your credit card information, click on the menu item that says “Payment Methods” 

  6. Then click on the button that says “Add Payment Method” 

  7. Fill out your new payment information and ensure the option to “Update all of my subscriptions to use this payment method” is selected. 

  8. Then click the button that says “Add payment method”.

 
Please note that if you purchased our Membership through the Shop Pay payment option, you will need to update your payment method within the Shop Pay platform.  If you have the mobile app on your phone, you can update your credit card information by going to your account within the app, clicking the person in the bottom right-hand corner, then clicking on the gear in the top right-hand corner. From here, click on Wallet. You can also update your payment information on any website browser by clicking here, logging in, then clicking on "Cards" and then adding/removing the cards necessary.
